1. About CabinetQuotes

CabinetQuotes.shop ("CabinetQuotes," "we," "us," or "our") is an introductory platform that connects interior designers, architects, and homeowners ("Clients") with cabinet makers and woodworkers ("Makers"). We operate as a marketplace directory only.

2. Platform Role & Disclaimer

CabinetQuotes is an introductory platform only. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the work, qualifications, licenses, or reliability of any Client or Maker on this platform. We are not a party to any contract, agreement, or financial transaction between Clients and Makers. We are not liable for unpaid invoices, project disputes, poor craftsmanship, missed deadlines, or any other outcome arising from connections made through this platform.

All business arrangements, including pricing, scope of work, timelines, and payments, are solely between the Client and Maker. CabinetQuotes has no involvement in and assumes no responsibility for these arrangements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and profile. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Cabinet Makers pay a monthly subscription fee to access job listings and express interest in projects. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Clients (designers, architects, homeowners) may post jobs for free. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on CabinetQuotes, including job descriptions, profile information, and photos. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes on third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; impersonate another person or entity; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform; interfere with the platform's operation; or use the platform to spam, harass, or deceive other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabinetQuotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CabinetQuotes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
