Established in 2015 on Treasure Island in the middle of San Francisco Bay, Subtract is a design and fabrication studio collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to produce custom casework, millwork, and furniture for residential and commercial environments. Defined by precision, material integrity, and disciplined execution, the studio brings complex ideas to life through a commitment to quality and clear communication—delivering refined, durable work with intention. Subtract’s client roster includes leading companies such as NVIDIA, Google, Apple, YouTube, Meta, and Crunchyroll.
